1. Enter 3 Digit Physician ID#
2. Enter work type code number
5# - non stat/ work
comp
15# - admission
3. Enter 9 digit medical record #, begin dictation at the beep.
Dictation controls:
1 - pause
2 - continue dictate
3 - short rewind
8 - close dictation
0 - keep dictation open
for further dictation
To continue dictating on an open dictation:
1. Type 3 digit Physician ID#
2. Press 3 to skip over any open dictations and
start new dictation
Press 1 to enter the first open dication
2 moves to the end of open dictation

goes to next open dictation
3. 8 to close, 0 to keep open
To listen to RADIOLOGY REPORTS:
1. Extension 74990 in house; 818-847-4990 outside hospital
2. Enter your 3 digit Physician ID #
3. Enter patient's medical record number. You will hear the most recent report.
For subsequent reports, press 4.
4. Press 8 and hang up when finished.
